Panasonic 100-400 lens
A new Panasonic 100-400mm lens is coming. With the 2x crop factor this is quite a long lens. As Leica is also included in the project I suspect it won’t be cheap.

Introduction
Panasonic is traditionally makes very good ultra zoom and travel zoom compact cameras. The most advanced Panasonic cameras belong to micro four thirds mirrorless camera system. The micro 4/3 cameras are smaller than the traditional dslr cameras because of the slightly smaller sensor and lack of mirror. Panasonic micro 4/3 cameras has a quick autofocus system and improved video quality. Panasonic also famous for their excellent electronic viewfinder system. Some cameras lacks this viewfinder though. Panasonic DMC GF7 camera is announced
The new Panasonic DMC GF7 camera is announced. The initial price of the new Panasonic camera is 600 USD. The camera comes with a 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 aspherical lens. The camera is expected to be available from 20th of February 2015. The camera has a 16 MP live MOS Micro 4/3 sized sensor, 1040K dot tiltable LCD screen, built in Wifi with one button connect option. The camera can record HD (1920 x 1080) video at 60 fps with a 28 Mbps and 17 Mbps rate. The max video clip length is 40 minutes. The camera does not have a viewfinder. The iso sensitivity ranging between 200 – 25,600. The camera has a built in flash with a guide number of 4m at ISO 100. The camera can make 39 images in burst mode. The filter thread is 37mm. The weight of the camera is 336g / 11.85 oz. The camera has a little retroish look.
Panasonic LX100 camera
The Panasonic LX100 is unique because it is the first compact camera with a 4/3 sized (18x13mm) sensor. It can record 4K videos. The camera has a Leica in-built bright lens.
Panasonic Lumix DMC GM5 camera
The new camera has a 921k dots touchscreen, the usual 16Mpixel Micro 4/3 sensor, and has an EVF as well with 100% coverage. What is interesting is the 1/16,000 sec shutter speed, which is a unique feature in the market.

Panasonic Lumix DMC CM1 android camera
The new Android camera-phone has a huge 4.7″ screen, 1″ sensor and a Leica 28mm equiv f/2.8 lens. Looks quite interesting. Seems available only in France and Germany in Europe. The camera can make 4k videos at 15fps frame rate. The camera has 2GB internal memory as well.
Three new Micro 4/3 lenses coming from Panasonic
Three new lenses coming from Panasonic see the details below.
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 35-100mm f/4-5,6 ASPH Mega O.I.S.
The new 70-200mm equivalent lens made from metal. This focal length is very useful in portraits. The lens has a metal collapsible body, electronic focus ring and a powerful stabilizer. The lens will be available in November this year in black and silver colour. The price of the new lens is 400 USD.
Panasonic Lumix G 14mm f/2,5 II ASPH
The fixed lens is the same as the 28mm on Full frame, a very useful wide angle focal length. Compare to the earlier version it has a stepping motor instead of the micromotor. The optical formula seems the same (6 lenses / 3 aspherical). The price of the new lens is 400 USD. The new lens will be available in November this year.
Panasonic Lumix G 30mm f/2,8 Macro
The new lens will have a very speedy focus motor. There is no information about the availability and the price yet.
Tamron 14-150mm f/3.5-5.8 lens coming for MFT
Tamron 14-150mm lens is coming soon for the Micro Four thirds mount. The lens are already available for pre-order.
Samyang 50mm T1.5 AS UMC Cine Lens for MFT Mount
A new Samyang cine lens is coming. In the US under the name Rokinon. In cine lenses the use T-numbers(transmission value) which is more precise, instead of f-stops. The price of the new lens is 549 dollar. The lens is available in multiple mounts: Canon, Nikon, Sony A and E, and Micro 4/3 mounts.
Expected availability: September 05, 2014
The lens is Full frame compatible. The lens design includes one Aspherical and one Hybrid aspherical lens elements. This is a manual focus and manual focus aperture lens as usual up to now from Samyang. The aperture can be adjusted between T1.5 and T22. The minimal focus distance is 1.5′. The lens has UMC multi-coating and de-clicked aperture control ring. The lens has a filter size of 77mm, and features 8 disphragm blades. The lens design included 9 elements in 6 groups. The lens weigts 575g (20.3 oz).
Panasonic FZ 1000
The Panasonic FZ 1000 is an interesting compact camera with a little bigger 1″ sensor, a 25-400mm equivalent f/2.8-4 lens with a 4K video ability.

Panasonic GH4 camera with 4K video
The new Panasonic flagship camera is expected in April. The new camera can be bought with a special interface unit that enables the camera to be a complete streaming station, to stream Four HD video streaming in the same time, and allows to adjust volume levels by channels. The camera is made of magnesium alloy and capable to record 4K videos as well. The new Panasonic GH4 has a 16 Mpix sensor, and OLED articulated LCD and viewfinder.
