Sony Rx1R II Full frame camera with a fixed 35mm f/2 lens
A new Full frame palm-sized camera coming from Sony (a new toy). The camera has a Full frame 42 megapixel back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor and a fixed Zeiss 35mm f/2 lens with a macro-shift ring. The minimum focusing distance is 30cm (1′) and app 20cm (7.87″) in macro mode (14cm from the front of the lens). The lens has 8 elements in 7 groups with several aspherical elements.

This is the first camera which has a variable low-pass filter. This system allows the user to concentrate on sharper images, surpress moire effects or find a compromise between the two. The ISO sensitivity can be regulated between 50-102,400 (100-25,600 native range). The camera has an uncompressed 14 bit Raw output as well.
Videos can be recorded at HD (1920*1080) 60fps format. The camera has 3″ sized, 1.229 dots LCD which can now tilt upwards 109° and downwards 41° for working in a variety of different positions and angles.
Looks really cool, but I would prefer a 24mm or something like a 24-105mm lens, but there are many 35mm fans there as well as I guess.
