The Panasonic GH4 is a new flagship camera of Panasonic, already can be ordered for 1700 USD (body only) or for 3300 dollar with interface unit. The camera has a micro Four Thirds format (Sensor size 17x13mm). This camera has currently unparalelled video capabilities, this way I think it is most interesting for videographers. The very good quality viewfinder and back LCD helps to get the most out of the camera’s abilities. The Panasonic camera can record 4k video in different formats, and HD video(1920*1080) at 60fps frame rate. The camera has a speedy 49 points Af system.

Panasonic GH4 what does the interface unit ?

The interface unit makes the camera capable for professional workflows. The interface unit supplies 2 XLR inputs for microphones, makes the sound levels adjustable separately the left the right channels. A display monitor is also available in the unit showing the volume levels. The interface unit is also allows multiple powerful outputs, like four simultaneous 1080p streams up to 30fps all with timecode, or other combinations as well.
