Sony claims 4.5 stops for the in-built image stabilizer, which is pretty brave, and very useful, because it can be used with any lenses attached to the camera.

The camera has a 24.3 effective megapixel Full frame sensor. The camera also has a 2.36 Million pixel viewfinder as well.

The shutter speed of the new camera can be between 30s – 1/8000s. This can be really fast, which is very good in good lighting conditions, with bright lenses. The camera has a single memory card slot. The camera can focus from -1 to 20 EV range.

The maximum flash synch speed is 1/250 s.
